Accepting these terms
By using OrionStarsClub.com you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Sweepstakes Disclaimer. Please leave the site if you do not agree.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or 21 where local law requires. You are responsible for checking that sweepstakes play is lawful where you live. Void where prohibited.
What the club is
Orion Stars Club is independent. We are not the game operator, we do not create game accounts, and we do not hold money, accept deposits or pay redemptions. The operator handles those under its rules, summarized on our Game Rules page.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site promises prizes or income, and nothing is financial, legal or tax advice. If our summary and the operator’s current rules disagree, the operator’s rules win.
Third-party services
Sign-up buttons, the host chat and external links may take you to services we do not run. Their terms and practices apply there.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no hacking, bulk scraping, harmful code or unlawful activity. If you have self-excluded from gambling, please do not use the site.
Intellectual property
Our text and design are ours. The Orion Stars name and logo belong to their owners and appear only to identify the game.
Limitation of liability
The site is offered “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for anything that happens on third-party services, including the game itself.
Updates
We may revise these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Questions: Contact.
