Who this covers
This policy applies to OrionStarsClub.com, an independent guide and sign-up desk for Orion Stars. The game operator runs player accounts, and its own privacy terms apply to them.
Information we may hold
- Emails you send us, including through the contact form (it opens your mail app, so the message travels by your email provider).
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, device type and pages visited.
- Aggregated visit statistics, but only if analytics is turned on.
- Chat messages, which are handled by the chat provider if a chat widget is active.

Who we share with
Only the providers that host and support the site, authorities when legally required, and others when needed to prevent fraud or harm.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to resolve your request and keep reasonable records.
